Terms of Use
Last updated: September 16, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of darrul.com and any related websites, content, and services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Darrul (“Darrul,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Darrul is — and is not
Darrul provides financial coaching, educational content, and administrative support. Darrul is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, bank, lender, mortgage broker, insurance producer, CPA firm, law firm, or credit repair organization, and does not provide investment, securities, legal, tax-filing, or credit-repair advice. No fiduciary or advisory relationship is created by using the Services. Tax preparation and planning services, where offered, are provided under a separate engagement and fee.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate information in any application, form, or communication.
3. Coaching services and payments
Coaching programs are offered on an application-only basis. Enrollment is complete only when you have signed a coaching agreement and paid the applicable fee. The current program fee is $2,500, payable in full or in three monthly installments of $900. Fees are stated at the time of enrollment and may change for future clients.
Refund terms are set out in your coaching agreement. In general: if you cancel before your kickoff session, you receive a full refund less payment-processing fees; if you cancel during the first two weeks, you receive a prorated refund for sessions not delivered, less payment-processing fees; after the first two weeks, fees are non-refundable. This summary is qualified by the signed agreement.
4. No guarantees
Financial outcomes depend on your circumstances, decisions, and effort. Darrul does not guarantee any specific financial result, including debt payoff amounts or timelines, savings amounts, or credit score changes. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed results.
5. Referrals to third parties
From time to time, Darrul may introduce you to independent licensed professionals (for example, mortgage loan originators, insurance agents, or registered investment advisers). Those professionals are solely responsible for the services they provide, and their own terms, disclosures, and privacy practices apply. Darrul may receive flat marketing fees or other permitted compensation for introductions; where required, such compensation is disclosed to you.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to use the Services lawfully, to keep your portal credentials confidential, to provide truthful information, and to timely pay amounts you owe. You retain responsibility for your financial decisions.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Services — text, worksheets, videos, branding, and materials — is owned by Darrul or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use coaching materials for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, publish, or distribute them without our written permission.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Darrul shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Darrul’s total liability for any claim arising from the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to Darrul in the six months preceding the claim.
9. Electronic communications
By providing your email address, you consent to receive transactional and, where you have opted in, marketing communications from Darrul. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Darrul is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to venue and personal jurisdiction there.
